Returns We only replace items under specific conditions - if they have a manufacturing defect or gets damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, the way it was shipped to you.
We will arrange a pick up of the product at our cost and replace or refund the full value. If, unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, we will not be able to cancel or issue a refund.

In cases, where the customer fails to contact/intimate us prior to shipping regarding their unavailability and the product is returned back to us, the refund will be issued after deducting the cost of courier charges forward and backwards.

Wrong/Missing Items If items received do not match your order, kindly report the same within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for your claim. We will either replace the wrong items if in stock or refund the full value of the product with 5 working days.
It is also important that the products should be repacked in their original packaging to ensure its safe return back to us.
To be eligible for short items, we would be requiring photographs of the original package received within 24 hours with the contents visible inside the package as you received it to take up the matter with our courier partners/dispatch team.
